Sports Teams
Since 2003, a team of American high school and college coaches and athletes have conducted sports camps in Zolotonosha Ukraine. Typically the team consists of about 20 coaches and athletes who conduct camps in basketball, soccer, volleyball, dance line, tennis and American football. Normally we have 375-500 campers – this is determined by the number of coaches. We hold two camps per day for each sport. Each coach has a group of campers that he/she leads in daily devotions. On Friday night we hold a big rally in town square for campers, parents, and friends. One of our coaches shares their testimony and gives the attendees an opportunity to accept Christ. The response is awesome. The campers also receive certificates and t-shirts.
